As Chief Revenue Officer, you own Vivira's entire revenue organization – Practice Sales & Success, Patient Success, Marketing, and CRM, around 30 people in total. You report directly to the CEO, are a member of the Core Leadership Team, and lead all team leads within the revenue organization directly.
The starting point: Vivira, the most-prescribed DiGA for back pain, is in a critical growth phase. For us, sales means consulting: we win practices by showing how prescribing our DiGA improves care for their patients and takes pressure off their daily routine. And our work does not end when the DiGA is activated – it aims at therapeutic success for patients and practice relationships that last for years.
The transformation of the revenue organization is under way – now it needs a leader to carry it forward and bring it to a successful conclusion. In concrete terms:
Drive the revenue transformation: You define revenue strategy, tactics, and OKRs, establish clear ownership, and make sure our Sales & Success teams for practices and patients, Marketing, and CRM work as one along the entire value chain – from the first consultation in the practice, through the prescription, to the activated patient – and beyond, to therapeutic success: repeat prescriptions happen when practices see their patients getting healthier.
Lead the leaders: Day-to-day practice engagement is currently run by three team leads. You set direction, goals, and guardrails, and you are the sparring partner and backbone for your leads – coaching and clear decisions, no micromanagement.
Marketing as a growth lever: Together with your Marketing lead you define the strategy and lead the team toward ROI-positive results. You do not need to master performance marketing in depth yourself – but you must be able to judge campaigns commercially and ask the right questions.
Shape the market and growth: You represent the revenue function in the Core Leadership Team, develop new access routes to practices and patients, partnerships, and revenue streams, and help shape Vivira's positioning in the market and toward partners.
How we measure your success in year one:
Sales & Success for practices and patients: growth in the number of prescribing practices and prescriptions per practice – especially among practices that prescribe repeatedly – plus a higher activation rate of prescribed DiGA codes.
Marketing: campaigns that are demonstrably ROI-positive.
