Intro
We are looking for a motivated Working Student IT Admin to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our staff, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to work effectively, whether they are at our main office in Berlin or working remotely.
Your responsibilities include
  • Technical Support & Helpdesk
    • You support the Vivira “IT Helpdesk,” providing remote and local technical support for our users regarding software, tools, and general troubleshooting
  • On-site Infrastructure
    • While some tasks can be performed remotely, your presence is required at our Mindspace Stadtmitte office to provide hands-on help for IT hardware and security infrastructure.
  • On/Off-boarding Assistance
    • You support the IT on/off-boarding processes, including the physical setup of workstations and the preparation or collection of hardware for new and departing colleagues.
  • SaaS Administration
    • You assist in managing a variety of SaaS applications
  • Hardware Maintenance
    • You help oversee the repair and replacement of equipment to ensure our team is always well-equipped.
  • Documentation
    • You assist in keeping system configurations, policies, and procedures up to date.
  • Infrastructure Support
    • You provide support in monitoring our network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and VPN solutions.
What you should bring
  • Enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
  • You are based in Berlin and available to work on-site (especially important for hardware handling and on-boarding days).
  • A solid understanding of macOS and a keen interest in learning more about IT security and infrastructure.
  • You enjoy helping others and have a reliable, structured way of working.
  • Fluent in English. German is a big plus for dealing with local infrastructure and on-site support.
  • You are happy to help out where needed, whether it's a software glitch or setting up a new laptop.

Wir suchen einen motivierten Werkstudenten im Bereich IT Administration, der unser Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle leistest du wichtigen technischen Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden und stellst sicher, dass alle über die notwendigen Tools verfügen, um effektiv arbeiten zu können – egal ob in unserem Berliner Hauptbüro oder im Homeoffice.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen
  • Technischer Support & Helpdesk
    • Du unterstützt den Vivira „IT-Helpdesk“ und leistest remote sowie vor Ort technischen Support für unsere User bei Fragen zu Software, Tools und allgemeiner Fehlersuche.
  • On-site Infrastruktur
    • Während einige Aufgaben remote erledigt werden können, ist deine Präsenz in unserem Büro im Mindspace Stadtmitte erforderlich, um praktische Unterstützung für die IT-Hardware und die Sicherheitsinfrastruktur zu leisten.
  • Unterstützung beim On-/Offboarding 
    • Du begleitest die IT-On- und Offboarding-Prozesse, einschließlich des physischen Aufbaus von Arbeitsplätzen sowie der Vorbereitung oder Rücknahme von Hardware für neue und ausscheidende Kollegen.
  • SaaS-Administration 
    • Du hilfst bei der Verwaltung einer Vielzahl von SaaS-Anwendungen.
  • Hardware-Wartung 
    • Du unterstützt bei der Überwachung, Reparatur und dem Austausch von Equipment, damit unser Team jederzeit bestens ausgestattet ist.
  • Dokumentation 
    • Du hilfst dabei, Systemkonfigurationen, Richtlinien und Verfahren auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten.
  • Infrastruktur-Support 
    • Du unterstützt uns bei der Überwachung unserer Netzwerkinfrastruktur, einschließlich Firewalls, Routern und VPN-Lösungen.
Das solltest Du mitbringen
  • Du bist aktuell in den Fachbereichen Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten technischen Studiengang eingeschrieben.
  • Du lebst in Berlin und bist bereit, vor Ort zu arbeiten (besonders wichtig für das Hardware-Handling und die Onboarding-Tage).
  • Ein solides Verständnis von macOS sowie ein starkes Interesse daran, mehr über IT-Sicherheit und Infrastruktur zu lernen.
  • Es macht dir Spaß, anderen zu helfen, und du hast eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch. Deutsch ist ein großes Plus für die Abstimmung bezüglich der lokalen Infrastruktur und den Vor-Ort-Support.
  • Du packst gerne mit an, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird – sei es bei einem Software-Glitch oder beim Einrichten eines neuen Laptops.
