Intro
Wir entwickeln die nächste Generation digitaler Bewegungstherapie und bereiten unsere Produkte gezielt auf klinische Prüfungen vor. Dafür braucht es Inhalte und Strukturen auf höchstem medizinischen und physiotherapeutischen Niveau – wissenschaftlich fundiert und klinisch validiert. 
Um unsere Forschungsaktivitäten weiter auszubauen, suchen wir dich als Clinical Research Manager. In dieser Rolle gestaltest du unsere klinische Forschung und Entwicklung mit und legst durch wissenschaftliche Exzellenz das fachliche Fundament für die Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Versorgungsangebots.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen

  • Koordination klinischer Studien: Du unterstützt bei klinischen Studien von der Planung bis zur Publikation, inkl. der Dokumentation, des Reportings sowie der Stakeholder-Kommunikation.

  • Sicherstellung regulatorischer Compliance: Du erstellst und pflegst regulatorische Dokumente (insb. Klinische Bewertung und PMCF) und bereitest die hierfür notwendigen Studiendaten fachlich auf.

  • Fachliche Ausarbeitungen: Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich wissenschaftliche Informationsgrundlagen durch strukturierte Literaturrecherchen sowie Datenanalysen und verfasst Berichte und Manuskripte.

  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du bereitest komplexe Datensätze auf und ordnest diese inhaltlich für wissenschaftliche sowie regulatorische Fragestellungen ein, in enger Abstimmung mit Regulatory Affairs und Data Science.

  • Mitwirken an Förder- & Kooperationsprojekten: Du begleitest Förderprojekte sowie Forschungskooperationen fachlich von der Identifikation geeigneter Formate bis zur Dissemination der Projektergebnisse.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Studium im medizinischen, gesundheits- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Master/Promotion von Vorteil)

  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im klinischen Projektmanagement oder in Forschungsprojekten

  • Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich digitaler Gesundheitsanwendungen (z. B. GCP, MDR, ISO 14155, DiGAV) 

  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und analytische Arbeitsweise

  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und wissenschaftlicher Qualität

  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Intro
To further expand our research activities, we are looking for you as a Clinical Research Manager. In this role, you will help shape our clinical research and development, laying the professional foundation for the further advancement of our digital healthcare services through scientific excellence.
Your responsibilities include
  • Coordination of Clinical Studies: You support clinical trials from planning to publication, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: You create and maintain regulatory documents (especially Clinical Evaluation and PMCF) and professionally prepare the necessary study data for these processes.
  • Scientific Elaborations: You independently create scientific information bases through structured literature research and data analysis and write reports and manuscripts.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You prepare complex datasets and categorize them regarding scientific and regulatory questions, in close coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Data Science.
  • Participation in Funding & Cooperation Projects: You provide professional support for funding projects and research collaborations, from identifying suitable formats to disseminating project results.
What you should bring
  • Education: Degree in medical, health, or natural sciences (Master's/PhD is a plus).
  • Experience: Initial to several years of experience in clinical project management or research projects.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements for digital health applications (e.g., GCP, MDR, ISO 14155, DiGAV).
  • Work Style: Structured, reliable, and analytical way of working.
  • Mindset: Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration and high scientific quality.
  • Languages: Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
